Lee Ullman is a seasoned attorney and entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate development and renewable energy. After earning a law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completing undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, he founded and managed his own law firm, specializing in complex financial transactions.
In 2009, Lee transitioned into the renewable energy sector, leveraging expertise in land acquisition and structured finance. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in structuring and executing deals across multiple platforms, including solar, natural gas, carbon sequestration, resiliency agreements, and EV charging infrastructure. With involvement in more than 40 renewable energy partnerships, Lee has contributed to projects totaling over one gigawatt and one billion dollars in transactions. Lee joined ER as the Director of Structured Finance in 2024.
Lee and his wife reside in Kansas City and have two children. He continues to drive innovation in the renewable energy space, shaping sustainable solutions for the future.
