Keith Mathis is President and CEO of Netsales & Arts, Inc, dba NSAI Energy, established in 2000. Keith spent over 30 years servicing major utilities with leading edge technology while building lasting relationships with key leadership in the power industry.

Utilizing a Diverse Business Enterprise (DBE) with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), NSAI Energy became a valuable global energy resource.

In 2013 NSAI Energy obtained a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Authorization and moved exclusively into renewable energy. This authorization enables the company to negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for renewable energy projects.

In 2020, NSAI Energy obtained an exclusive distributorship for the only African American owned Solar Panel Manufacturer of scale in the world. Located in Morocco, the Almaden Morocco factory offers solar panels of the highest quality.

In 2022, the company was honored to be selected as a member of the Accelerate Cohort inside the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE). This opportunity to network with the leading power brokers in the industry has proven to be invaluable.

Mathis and the NSAI team have experience developing, co-developing, and consulting in the renewable energy space.

Mathis graduated from Centre College of Kentucky, He sits on the Midway University Board of Trustees and is a past member of the Board of Managers for the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA in San Diego, CA.
